The Kick Them All Out Project

Who Are You Guys? I'd Like To Support You But I Need To Know Who You Are.

My name is Bruce McDonald.  I own a small web site development and hosting company called element3 and up until 3 years ago, didn't think I had a political bone in my body.

Then a friend gave me the documentary "The Corporation" (which you can watch for free
here) and I became so upset about what I'd just seen, I decided to try and do something about it right then and there.  Since I had no political or political party conditioning I came at the whole arean from a pretty innocent point of view, which allowed me to get right to the heart of things fairly quickly.  The first thing I did was ask the most obvious question first.  If we all know corporate and special interest lobbyists are the primary source of corruption in our government and elections, why do we continue to allow them to do it?  Thus the Kick Them All Out Project was born.

Currently, The Kick Them All Out Project is mostly a one man operation, the proverbial humble beginnings.  I do have several people that have become active supporters but they are strictly participating as volunteers.  Everyone that has started a Fire Congress Meetup group is totally independent.  I just provide the KTAO project info and this web site as the focal point, the one-stop shop for info and free videos on what's really going on around us, and a few core members and I conduct monthly organizer conference calls to make sure the campaign goals remain crystal clear and answer any questions people may have.  And I'm always available to anyone that wishes to talk to me personally.   Just contact me at the Contact link on the upper left of this site and we can make arrangements to talk personally.

I set up The Kick Them All Out Project as a non-profit corporation but decided not to make it a tax exempt 501(c)(3) because of the massive censorship that comes along with it.  If you weren't aware, this is why they set this option up to begin with, to give the government a powerful way to silence the bulk of organizations that would be inclined to openly criticize the powers-that-be.  If you have tax exempt status, they can yank it if you say anything they don't like.  So while I'd love to tell you your contribution would be tax exempt, it won't be.  But I say it's more important to be free to say everything that needs to be said.  It's better to pay to play don't you think?

When I started this, I didn’t envision a big organization and I still don't.  It really doesn’t require one.  From my experience in the world of business, most of what goes on in political action organizations or corporations in general, is a total waste of time and resources and does more to foster overinflated egos than anything else.  I just want to get stuff done.  I've laid out a very simple set of tasks, a very simple plan.  If we can accomplish step one, firing Congress, we can move onto step two.   Step two would require a bit more of an organization, but not much more of one.

Right now I need funding to keep the site online, pay for the bandwidth, keep it updated, and basically be able to devote more time to it and get more of the promotional material out there. If I got more funding I could hire bit of a staff that could work on getting me on the radio, into the media and pay for traveling to speak and handle things like proof reading articles, etc.  Anyway, as it grows, it’s getting much harder for me to manage all of it by myself.  Just answering all the emails is becoming a major task.

At this stage, all I can do is ask you to look at the material/plan I’ve put together on the site, listen to an interview or two that I've done and judge whether or not you think I know what I’m doing and whether or not you would like to support my efforts.   Other than what I’ve laid out, I can’t really do much more to convey my sincerity and commitment to doing what the KTAO Project aims to achieve.

I hope you can feel comfortable supporting this at this early stage.  I sure need the support.  I just ask everyone if they know of anything “we can actually do” that would have a bigger impact, in this short amount of time than firing Congress would have?  If they can’t, then support our campaign so we can make it happen.  As I mentioned, most of what we need the support for is to get the message out as fast and hard as we can in these last few months.   That won’t take some big organization.

So to sum things up, I/we are just doing the best we can with the resources available and the limited time we can devote to this. We just ask everyone to imagine what it would feel like if the day after the upcoming election, virtually the entire House of Representatives and a third of the Senate got pink slips handed to them?  It's totally doable.  We just have to convince all of our friends and family that it's totally nuts to vote for any of these people again.  All we have to do is vote or the strongest candidate running against every incumbent and we can FIRE THE CONGRESS.  It couldn't get any easier.  With your support, we an make it happen!

Bottom line is this campaign is not going to be a success without your support in whatever way you feel comfortable giving it.  Just helping to spread the word about this campaign is the most important thing at this point.  We as a nation simply don't have the luxury of time anymore.   If we all don't vote these s.o.b.s out of office in November, I seriously doubt whether we're even going to have the right to vote much longer the way things are going.
